Everything other than people and culture like there is literally no space in the office, chairs are horrible.People never get promoted irrespective of there performance and the hikes are so bad... Can even express in words you feel like even after all that hard work,smart work you get peanuts.#Don't JOIN

There's absolutely no issue of job security among employees. Rather Discover Dollar has provided COVID19 insurance to all its employees. Everyone has been given the choice to work from home during this pandemic, employees can even choose to work from office if they don't have proper internet connection or have electricity issues at home. Even the broadband charges are reimbursed by Discover Dollar. Given the issues IT employees are facing in these difficult times, I feel lucky to work at Discover Dollar!
