...pportive and district level management is transparent.State policies are good . Doing the job of prosecution is the service of victims of society which gives more satisfaction than government salary.

HOD of prosecution is an DG rank senior rank IPS officer . There is lot of politics in his his appointment as DG Prosecution. All the the IPS officers who joined police service their dream is to become DG Police of the state according their seniority list . Prosecution department generally got such IPS officers who were not much interested in the prosecution and their workforce. On top level negligence give a major setback to prosecution on every label such as appointment, promotion, transfer and posting of officers and distribution of district ignoring their seniority .
