- Zeta is a sweatshop churning out low quality software for its clients - They say they are a product based company but operate like a service based companies. - Toxic Work Culture. Mental torture. Things are constantly failing and developer is expected to fix it while delivering sprint tasks on time(Time for fixing Prod and preprod issues are not considered into sprint planning). - 0 WLB and Management expects you to stretch late nights as well as work on weekend. - Over engineered products and simple things are made complex and cumbersome - Very Poor code quality. It is full of bugs with minimal error logs & difficult to debug issues. - Deployment process is very slow - Lot of Politics in management and the developer ends up paying for management mistakes - Management does not have good and clear decision making - Management takes credit of others - Unrealistic deadlines - Gangup culture on dev - Recommended for single folks who don't want a life. The problems are challenging to solve. Email product is ready to disrupt the market. Lot of learning and development. Culture is probably best in India. The make sure employees are healthy and happy.

Free Food, very young crowd to gel and learn from this was back in 2017 I am sure that must be the case even now

Nothing much really , just that their products don't compete across geographies at scale or let's just say they are not at scale as that of Amazon, Walmart your learnings tend to hit the ceiling

The best thing about this organization is the start-up culture you can come in at whatever time you want ,wear whatever you want and work however you are comfortable as long as the project is being worked on
