Salary delay of 3-4 months from last 3-4 years. Not doing full n final payment after resignation for 8-10 months. Administration does not reply to any queries. Lacks proper coordination and planning.

You get to learn lots of things but no securities, No on-time salary delay in every things and the higher authorities don't think for employees working for them. A person can get mentally unstable working continuously without no income and out come. Lots of employees face those problem and leaving the company.

They don't think of employees needs. They just want their profits thats all. And also inside politics played which makes a engineer feel help less

In dipesh engineering, people are very helpful,specially ketan sir and purchase head are very supportive and very nice person.

Hr and admin are very worst in dipesh engineering,worst part is they hold the 3 month salary,hr and admin don't know how to treat employee. Conclusion in dipesh you will be treated and pay like labor.... instead of that sell Vada pav in road.

Three is a lot of politics at site and management dose not address our issue. Salary and Carter growth is too low.salary is also not provide monthly.
