Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good work environment and culture.its a first step in India for dinex.Maintaining cafeteria is very good.The top level staff also closed to every employees like a friend.They give all support at anytime for company and employees

Working with Dinex absolutely good atmosphere. Apart from this there is nothing impressive.

Dislikes

Working under a sadist or egoist boss, means reporting manager will not lead to good bonding. There is no appreciation, no value for efforts or hardwork. not able to maintain work life balance etc.,
