They deducted salary during lockdown for 2 months,no project completion bonus given by company.they give compulsory leave after completion of project without salary.so it's my worsted experience of my life with this company.

Part of job salary is too good because time to time payment,work environment is good, some self decision take local incharge are not suitable for workers and as well as company, over all very good, there are need some training part of workers benifit,and also one humble request to give appointment letter, job rules and responsibilities,HR policies etc.

OT, company holidays,no PF, Insurance, Medical....etc for all employees.no job security.

Salary is being credited before 10 every month.

1. No work culture 2. No Job satisfaction 3. Weakest planning, HR team, QSS team I have ever seen. 4. Weak in staff welfare. 5. Terrible coordination of staff guesthouse. 6. No team work in execution staff.

1. Salary on Time (generally between 5 to 12 every month) 2. Decent Appraisal annually 3. Job Security 4. Most of the people on site genuine and helpful 5. Good learning environment consideing my Manager is helpful and knowledgable. 6. Decent accomodation and food.

Dislikes

1. HR on site are terrible. Slow and show favouritism 2. Couple of fishes are making the entire pond dirty.

Good company I liked to work there it was my one of the best deam company to work for it.

Site management is the worst which I was experienced also holded my one month salary from the site level by the Project Co-ordinator.
