This is a vender company and there are HR are Impotancy only for referenceble employee other wise he is off roll atend and this company education culture is very poor

...s the big company in our Maharashtra in infrastructure , telecom ,networking . I have worked in this company in hardly working but salary is not incriment and peoperly sefty of this job in our family . This is to real fact of I leve this job.

You will be never recognizing for your work here, if you belong to good corporate don't even think to join there, by any chance if you encountered with HR Head you will realized where am i and what i am doing here that level of unprofessionalism he has , if you raise any concern to him and ask him for solution the HR head will give you non sense example which is not even aligned with your work and you get sick of him. I would highly recommend think before join, and the HR head over there is act like Labour . on initial stage you will get to know while you are going through interview process that what pathetic kind of HR head he is
