Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

You will be never recognizing for your work here, if you belong to good corporate don't even think to join there, by any chance if you encountered with HR Head you will realized where am i and what i am doing here that level of unprofessionalism he has , if you raise any concern to him and ask him for solution the HR head will give you non sense example which is not even aligned with your work and you get sick of him.
