Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Do not go for work in that place. They never paid their salary properly. I left job in august, and I'm yet to reveive the salary for the months of July and August. If you ask them about your slaray they will insult you in front of everyone. Nowadays they don't even receive my call, when i dialed them asking for my remaining salary.
