I worked at this company for two months, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The management, particularly Director Mr. Ravi Mathur, lacks professionalism and basic workplace etiquette. While initial impressions may seem promising, the reality becomes apparent within a month. The work environment is highly stressful, with no tolerance for even minor mistakes. Employees are often humiliated in front of the entire office, which creates a toxic and demoralizing atmosphere. There is little regard for employee respect or well-being. If you are an expert with flawless execution in all tasks, you might manage here. However, for those who value a respectful and supportive workplace, I would not recommend this company. If it is the last option available and you are willing to compromise on self-respect, then it may be considered—otherwise, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Your respect, your choice.

I love the fact that i am part of dimension group. I have completed 5 years almost in this organization. Management is very cooperative & #supportive. Environment is very good. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we worked happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy
