Practical daily learnings, customer interaction, learning the business. Very motivating as you can move up quickly with corresponding salary/bonus increases once they see you as a performer who's concerned about the business and not just himself

Sometimes there's too much input given for a task... otherwise, nothing, it's really, really a great place to work at
