Encouraged to learn new (related) skills, take up certifications. They even pay half of the certification cost of they feel you deserve it! Practical daily learnings, customer interaction, learning the business. Very motivating as you can move up quickly with corresponding salary/bonus increases once they see you as a performer who's concerned about the business and not just himself

Dislikes

Sometimes there's too much input given for a task... otherwise, nothing, it's really, really a great place to work at
