The accommodation facility is not good and When staying in a guest house, one has to pay the electricity bill and the food is absolutely useless, and when staying in a camp, there are no facilities, and neither do we get a car to go to the site or come to the office.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

1. The best facility is DBL provides HRA to their each employee according to their designation and salary. 2. They have sufficient staff and machinery.

Dislikes

1. Company doesn’t provide vehicles for employees below manager post, infact a senior engineer in that company travels by hvya and transit mixer that feels so disappointing, one have to arrange bike at their own, company provides only petrol, infact it doesn’t reimburse repairing costs. 2. Worst food served by the mess, management doesn’t interfere in this matter

Working culture,Mess system,leave allowance ,bike policy (provided and money deducted against it) is very bad .

No job security, Engineer has no value on Respect. Main thing is no holiday even on government holidays

365 days working culture. Except Diwali and Holi, no Holiday provide from company. No service or bonus payment
