...anisation in India. Becoming a pioneer of National highways construction. 2. Salary on time. 3. Excellent management. 4. HR is very much caring. 5. Excellent training programmes to the freshers. 6. Job security. 7. Completes every project on time. 8. If anybody is looking for a good company, DBL is the right place to reach good heights.

Dislikes

The only thing in which I get stressed is no weekly off. I'm not pointing this as a dislike. Even it is a part for progress. As per the employee desire pls provide a weekly off. Nothing more than that.

You can work site work fast because so many machines are there.

Dislikes

No HR good policy. No Holiday. Salary 1 month delay. At site, If you can't bring labour contractor then your value is zero here, no matter how technical you are.

I like the work-life Management here and Management staff is also so good that you can do the whole work independently by your own way , none of them make you bound to do the work by theirs way but it should be in the stipulated time with quality and accuracy.

Dislikes

Work culture is good but the delay in salary just make me bit worry.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
