1. If you bachelor it's a great company for worke. But married people quite difficult for survive because after complet project you have to shift different different locations.

1.only internal politics 2. Zero work life balance 3. No recognisation for hardworker. Only managements reference employee gets benifit. 4. Even after 180 days working leave is not approved. 5. HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.

Compared to other Indian Construction companies, the work environment of Tata projects is far better.

...careers in the construction industry. there is very little learning for someone. there is no pay in this industry itself. Everyone that I have worked with in Tata Projects is like if we teach them then they will leave the company.
