Be ready to be fired anytime. Only developers with 2 to 5 years can survive here. Late disbursement of salary and poor management. I have seen many victims in my 4 years with diksha. I had 12 plus years experience. One day i myself was a victim. No training. No growth. Management form a key friend everywhere and it leads to mislead people. Health insurance sometimes provided at end of the year inspite of chasing. Onsite only to friends circle in management. But they expect employees to be patience to work 24x7.

Everything Horrible... No Quarterly bonuses and No night allowance.. Delay in Salary processing.. Not expected salary hike.... Not received FnF settlement 3months after last Working day.. Employer PF contribution not deposited by Company.. So ridiculous company ever in life..

There is no visibility. HR process is not transparent. There are many more problems like salary will not get on time, variable pay also they are not processing on time and many times they are not giving etc..

...loquies they fired. so it is not right thing before that, they have to informed. Contract company given good bonus but this company is not given good bonus to us.

Hell for employees. Completely unprofessional. They didn't pay last month salary initially. I got it after 60 days by making lot of calls and emails and paid without variable. HR team is most unethical and unprofessional. Don't recommending to anyone.
