...o Airtel - and simply forgets them. HRs never ever listen to employee queries. -Delay in variable pay for months and months - No work life balance - Management & HRs are just busy increasing number of headcount to make more money from Airtel and not caring at all about the people

All positive feedbacks are written by HR Team whenever the ratings go down.

...loquies they fired. so it is not right thing before that, they have to informed. Contract company given good bonus but this company is not given good bonus to us.

Nothing good about the company.

Dislikes

Hell for employees. Completely unprofessional. They didn't pay last month salary initially. I got it after 60 days by making lot of calls and emails and paid without variable. HR team is most unethical and unprofessional. Don't recommending to anyone.

Worst company, They behave like a general store...No career growth...Salary never comes on time....Very poor work environment...I will never recommend to anyone to join this company...If you will resign from this company they will not give you the salary and your bonus. Even HR does not respond to the queries.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
