They upper management will take meeting late night or when there is time of leaving the office, they are worst and expect employees to work 12-13 hours and wait late night without giving any compensation for same .Worst company I have seen in my career there is no professionalism in their working and there so much work that employees have to come even on Saturday and have to work even on weekends there work of assigning task never finish
