Solution digitas was my first platform and I am very thankful for all seniors and colleague for help, suggestions I am 100% satisfied with company.but they not provide me some documents as I was worked as a freelancer..

1. Salary on time 2. Good work culture (depends on team and project) 3. Two working shifts

Dislikes

1. Sometimes no work-life balance 2. Only one salary appraisal cycle a year, so if someone just joined in Jan-March, he/ she will have to wait for about 2 years for appraisal 3. No recognition, UK people will get the credit if something good happens else Indians are to blame 4. Similar to other IT companies, very less appraisal, even if you get after 2 years

**All 4-5 ratings are fake here** Co workers are good but seniors and management is terrible, they dont value employees. Office politics is at peak.

Seniors do not support you or appreciate your work. No appraisals on time, and when given its merely 4 5% nothing much. Good employees and clients are leaving every other month. In this year atleast 15 -20 people might have left because of these reasons. If you want to learn, grow and have positive work culture better dont join here. You ll regret, trust me.

Appraisals aren't good enough. Managers would start calling out the shortfalls around appraisals time... otherwise those managers would appreciate your work ... They play mind games to demotivate an employee

Till 2018, things were in great shape at Digitas. Currently the new management has made the company culture toxic for everyone. No wonder the iteration rate has gone insanely up at Digitas. Company is losing clients and good people/resources constantly.
