If salary maters dont choose DT if knowledge and you want to start a carrier you can join there.... it will teach you customer facing and project planning moreover flexible at anytime 24*7 support much poltics and etc just for beginners.

1. Subpar work culture 2. Lack of professionalism 3. Autocratic management style, including directors 4. Public ridicule and verbal abuse by director. 5. Inadequate work-life balance, with expectations to attend meetings during leave 6. Restrictions on leave usage 7. Stringent working hours: 9am-6pm, 6 days a week

It's a very good company and helped me to grow. Best place to enter and learn. If you performed well and definitely management will recognise you well. DT always rocks .. i was happy during my tenure in DT.
