1. Subpar work culture 2. Lack of professionalism 3. Autocratic management style, including directors 4. Public ridicule and verbal abuse by director. 5. Inadequate work-life balance, with expectations to attend meetings during leave 6. Restrictions on leave usage 7. Stringent working hours: 9am-6pm, 6 days a week

It's a very good company and helped me to grow. Best place to enter and learn. If you performed well and definitely management will recognise you well. DT always rocks .. i was happy during my tenure in DT.
