They literally can refuse to give you the salary because they thought my written content is AI generated. And that too after an year. Weird that they never said it before but only when I made the most money. I’ve already filed a case. Thankfully, I was a freelancer that I walked away without a notice period. If a full time employee does anything they don’t approve, then they simply had to work for another 2 months without any salary, and they can’t walk away.

No solutions for the employees. No appreciation or promotion expectations are met. You can do the very best but they will still take you for granted.
