A Healthy workplace will make you happy throughout the year." Proud to say that I've excelled here so much that I'm now an asset of digitalseries.

Dislikes

Well, the only thing I dislike here is people who joins in, being trained and become proficient in their relevant fields. They betray and move out suddenly without serving notice and delivering proper handover.

Likes

Got to learn a good amount of things from the team members. The workspace is very beautiful which is the only good thing about the place.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance, no holidays not even national holidays, no paid leaves or sick leaves, no HR policies, terms and conditions are changed according to the founder's will. If one speaks about the bad policies and decisions they are asked to leave. There are no appraisals while the given work is too much. Less number of employees forces one to take care of entire domain on their own.

Nothing is there to regret about Digital Series. It has its own vibes that do not let you regret anything about being there.
