False promises with regard to compensation, favoritism for people for certain casts(Brahmins and Malayali Catholics), apathetic management, old hats clinging on to their chairs with a white-knuckled grip.

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus.

I couldn't found anything wrong with the company because Iam a fresher and everything is fair and perfect as far as I have seen.

Salary is very less regardless of which domain you work here. They expect more effective work by giving more numbers and quality but they will never increase the salary.

Within two years i got promoted to Team Lead. But after getting promoted to Team Lead, my growth is stuck to one position. As it is small company there isn't quick growing opportunities.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that works reliable and a global client base. The plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.
