i like number of things like open door policy->Working in an environment where you can freely share your ideas is a great feeling when u feel like your hears and sees you, you feel valued. second one is room to grow ->when your employer invest in your future by reimbursing you for education, sending you to conferences or offering mentorship you'll feel groomed for the next level.

Dislikes

some times our Team leaders or Managers giving poor rating to their employee due to some personal reason then it becomes worst. I think rating should be given by higher management not by Team lead or manager.

Superior provide you a support to upgrade oneself/Yourself, Work loads are not too high! They will give opportunity to first learn and then work not work then learn. Work Culture are great.

Need to improve in work culture, that is to change concept of Joining Zoom. If having deputation in other states in other department for Project administration then its very challenging to be available in physical manner as well as on zoom. Give freedom to work. Not need to do micro management.

Dislikes

Feeling like studying in school. Change morning and evening attendance system for field worker who is deputed in other states.
