Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Working hours are flexible because nobody cares about you, the manager will contact when they have a new task or project.

Dislikes

1. Delayed salary can go up to 3-4 months and you are stuck with them 2. Delayed pay slips 3. Shifts quickly to different projects leaving the previous one incomplete 4. Biased when sending salary 5. They will stop picking calls when you face issues 6. Work needs to get delivered even when you are broke and have not received salary 7. Management is very poor. 8. If you wish to resign they will never share the approval of resignation or they will delay that too 9. Zero bonus, zero appreciation 10. The main think I dislike is "Digital Horizons"
