This company have the worst mgmt system they are hire the employees and give the position and salary according to the relationship or reference of internal higher mgmt persons.

The work of NGO is to serve and help the people, but after working in DEF, I came to know that how they do theft and rigging of money, they rotate the funder by giving wrong information. If someone audit them, it will come to know that they take money from people through their own employees and deposit money in DEF’s account.

1) Providing Internet Access in the Tea Garden areas. 2) Linking Government Scheme to the Marginalized People.

Dislikes

1) I have not found such a good environment to develop my skills and knowledge. 2) I did not fine the quality work from the seniors. 3) No equal payment for all the employees base on designation.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. This work is very sportive to me and also children, children they enjoyed the class as well as they learnt new world. Company policies are too good.

Nothing, i don't have any negative thoughts about this wonderful job
