I had joined this organisation 3 years back when we were only a year old in the market. The projects were not many as the company was new. Today I am proud to say that my organization has grown in multiples and it was a great experience working on PAN India as well as International Projects. As a MERN Full Stack but mainly a backend developer, I have grown not only as a professional but also an individual thanks to the great skill development program, learning environment and above all helpful nature of our top management.

Sometimes I wish I had work from home opportunity as I stay far, even though during Covid19 the organisation helped a lot with extended remote working and WFM days

What I really love about my company is the quality of projects I get to work with. I have been involved in multiple Mobile App Development Projects using Flutter and Android Studio. The Management has also been very kind of its support in providing me with all the guidance and my team of Backend Developers to deliver the projects on time.

Nothing much but at times I would love to go for a Workation (although we have already been once to Darjeeling in 2021)
