...day before releasing the offer they downgraded my offer to a substantial amount. When I asked the reason for this downgrade in salary, they said that they have other candidates waiting in pipeline. This is really pathetic and illustrates how they must be treating the employees and there is no value of candidates. I did waste my time interviewing for this company. - When I asked HR to schedule 1:1 calls with the management before joining, she simply rejected my request. Hence, no transparency.

its not the company anyways, they are running a business and they hire and fire as per the business needs. No attachmenmt with the people they are hiring. No job security, No learnings.

I regret of choosing this company to work with. Sr leaders promising hell lot of things to make you that decision in the beginning and then totally ignoring you. So don't fall for that like I did.

No culture to promote working Agile way. Neither they support newbies providing tools and resources employee needs to succeed in his/her role.

Personally, I have strived to gain as much knowledge as possible. However, this was on account of my own efforts, and that in spite of the horrible work culture that was provided.

The team culture was horrendous. The in-time was fixed, but there was no out time. The manager would make personal remarks and had no control whatsoever on her irrational and unnecessary anger. A person who is absolutely incapable of handling a team is being given the same task. Use of cuss words was usual. Making us slog for 10 hours a day, and no regards to the work quality. They write their own reviews on Glassdoor to counter all the negative reviews thrown at them.
