Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing is there to like about this company .

There is a guy named Suresh Chintala , who wants you to work like a servant, he has no respect for employees usually scolds and mocks the other employees. Talk nice to you and scold others that's the only thing he is good at. He is also good at telling random stories about himself that he helped many students, gave free money for their studies don't even trust this guy . I'm telling all this because you will have to report this guy . Make sure if you want to join this , he will make fake promises about salary so please ask him to provide everything in the document clearly. This company you have to work from mon to sat ,there will be no public holidays, no benefits, no laptop kit provided and he wants you to sign a two year bond 😂 what an idiot.
