Amazing company to work for. Well I usually don't get time to give and read reviews but I have to say good things about Digital Apple. It's one of the top-notch company in Gurugram for IT services and do take care of their employees like a family even in the toughest situations. I feel very happy working at Digital Apple. I have been working for this company for the almost 3 years as IT Head. I have been associated with this company for past 8 years. The culture is very positive, transparent and everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions. there are lots of opportunities for growth at Digital Apple. Teams at Digital Apple generally enjoy a lot of autonomy and freedom to choose what they want to work on. My manager is extremely supportive and my colleagues are great mentors as well as wonderful friends. Technically the company is too strong. Best place to learn a lot of latest technologies. we will be given full freedom to explore on any domain and also the firm motivates us to do some value-added certifications. On the whole the best place to work if you are ready to take up challenges very often - Join Digital Apple!

Worst experience ever. Gitika, CEO, is very rude and unprofessional. The team is very unhelpful and lacks coordination.

Warning- Join the organization at your own risk. They would select and hire you based on your interview. You'd be given the much-awaited offer letter. You resign from your previous organization. You decline a couple of other offers just to join this organization. You joined. You'd be expected to work from the very first day. No induction, no introduction, no welcoming, no awareness of the projects, nothing. You're trying to get familiar with the projects and technology. And, bam! They would terminate your offer stating you are not suitable (in a week or two). Worst management.

The worst company i ever worked don't joint they will tret you like dog you have to work 14 15 hour per day from morning 9 am to night 11 pm some time late night 2 am

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
