Work from office , there is no option called WFH, fresher and experience person will not have salary different , some cases freshers will be getting more pay than senior . there is no equal distribution of work ,among teammates

...y III (indian institute of insurance) we need to clear otherwise our GTE period will extended They really destroy my career Also salary is too less as compared to work

getting salary on time and leaves also, even company is adjusting when the employee is in any medical or other emergency

not getting promotion to the employee who work hard and think about the growth of the company and process

Nothing. Faltu company with Faltu management. Job security is good join only if you are above 40 or nearing 50ish. It is good for freshers too so you can get the experience letter and switch to better organization.

Everything. A company where the upper management eats up all the salary and benefits and others are treated as a peasant.

There is nothing good left now. The company was good earlier, now it is degrading in terms of work culture and employee benefits.

Dislikes

... reducing employee benefits in all terms. They don't accept for hybrid culture. They name themselves as insuretech but when Employees ask to pay as per the standards, They say they are only insurance company and not tech company.
