As the title of the company is MAKE INSURANCE SIMPLE and all the process is thoroughly digital and fast . i blessed as the part of this organization. Work culture is very good with the job security , also when i talk about the company polices overall all things are appreciated.

when i talk about the salary and others compensation and growth of the individual its very slow and salary is not very decent . Also when i talk about the pressure and working hour in every company there is so not a big deal .

getting salary on time and leaves also, even company is adjusting when the employee is in any medical or other emergency

not getting promotion to the employee who work hard and think about the growth of the company and process

Nothing. Faltu company with Faltu management. Job security is good join only if you are above 40 or nearing 50ish. It is good for freshers too so you can get the experience letter and switch to better organization.

Everything. A company where the upper management eats up all the salary and benefits and others are treated as a peasant.

There is nothing good left now. The company was good earlier, now it is degrading in terms of work culture and employee benefits.

... reducing employee benefits in all terms. They don't accept for hybrid culture. They name themselves as insuretech but when Employees ask to pay as per the standards, They say they are only insurance company and not tech company.
