It was really great working at Digit but there was no proper salary hike on yearly appraisal which is main drawback for me and I have worked almost 3 years there and being wall of awesomeness awarded person i did not get an opportunity to get position or salary hike apart from this it was great to work at digit managers Rahul was good supporting person and my all time favourite Nikhil kalmankar sir was very very kind hearted person… Thank you so much

...y III (indian institute of insurance) we need to clear otherwise our GTE period will extended They really destroy my career Also salary is too less as compared to work

Nothing. Faltu company with Faltu management. Job security is good join only if you are above 40 or nearing 50ish. It is good for freshers too so you can get the experience letter and switch to better organization.

Everything. A company where the upper management eats up all the salary and benefits and others are treated as a peasant.

There is nothing good left now. The company was good earlier, now it is degrading in terms of work culture and employee benefits.

... reducing employee benefits in all terms. They don't accept for hybrid culture. They name themselves as insuretech but when Employees ask to pay as per the standards, They say they are only insurance company and not tech company.
