Dislikes

Only 13 members in company, few are working from more then 5 plus.they don't want some one to come into company. As soon as you come they start telling bad about company. Special Anbarsi and murgan . Another guy Madhan is worst person He don't tell truth .he give KT wrongly make us to perform badly. Tirlok is MD and he is a got ,he blindly listen what this senior tell.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
