Proud to state couple of things: 1) We are one of those companies with having no salary delay or salary cut. 2) Work from home model for all employees from march19 to till now. 3). Moreover the employees and management both worked/stretched hard to manage the situation well and still surviving.

Nothing as such. We are still a very young company and many aspect needs to b improved yet I dont see anything to dislike

The environment and culture of the company was very good..Seniors were really very good who help you in every technical aspects.Learning curve is steep.

Salaries paid are less according to the market standards and they also work in an unorganised manner.

All is well in digiSmart. It is an comp. Which is provide you environment like a home. All staff has supported to everyone. I don't won't to leave this organization but situations are not in favour of me. I would like to join again if I got opportunity.

Unfair evaluation process, if you can't trust a candidate then don't hire them, but don't create a toxic atmosphere by blaming a newbie in your organization for everything going wrong there!

The work environment in Digismart in very competitive and innovative. We face new challenges everyday and I am a part of a team that is open to ideas and quick on actions and reliable.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high as we are growing at a very fast pace so sometimes have to work for 10-12 Hrs.
