No leave encashment upon exit, 3 months notice period, below-market-rate hikes, incompetent management with a single person driving the show at his whims are the best things to learn so many life lessons. You would get to learn a lot about "leverage". As long as you are billable you have it, else you are fungible the very next day. Want to learn a technology nowhere related to your experience scope, this is the place to be.

The pain that the amazing admin head has to go through to hide their incompetence. Unless it is the developer at the client location getting a beating all is ok but if it's the admin head on the receiving end then there is an action taken.

Such a worst company I have ever seen,it recruits the employees for Clint purpose to show the number sake,they will not give proper training regarding projects and they expect high knowledge with out training,more over with in 2 months HR terminates the employees with out intimation and with out reason.digi propel is purely 3rd class company,my suggestion is no one Should join in this company.trust me it’s my personal experience.
