Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...fit from company all they ask is to work for 12hrs without even paying properly. Salary is never on time they pay 2 months once. One man show it is. No paid leave. All of them are underpaid.

They will give salary for your work,not considering about skills and knowledge for begginers this company will be good and the people who worked in MNC culture won't like this work environment..
