Dislikes

as a growing company, it needs more clients/ projects. Management needs to roll up their sleeves and focus more on getting more clients which is the key factor in bringing in more revenue to the company. Secondly, developing MVPs , POCs for clients needs by integrating well with their needs and incentivising relevant employees will bring good results. This will ensure we generate new projects, resources thereby increasing revenue. Otherwise , its just going to be any other body shop. Incorporate AI, build new products/ applications/ services within the company.

Being a relatively unknown startup in the market, potential for long working hours, occasional lack of clear project direction, and potentially limited opportunities for career.

More number of client projects should be brought up as there should not be any bench situation for hard working and deserving & performance oriented employees so that if one project is shutdown all of a sudden then the deserving employees can be accomodated Or shifted to the other project matching his/her level pf skills & expertise. This increases the employee risk factor to join any organization.
