Never pays salary on time Never understands employee’s problem Never take initiative to celebrate something good Meetings of 3-5 hours which is very hectic No ethical work culture very abusive sometimes which can hurt someone mentally Employees have to work on weekends too Miscommunication and communication gaps Very arrogant behaviour which doesn’t seems professional

...thing is done in a systematic manner which rarely happens in start-up companies. Salary is also transferred on time which is also rare after covid scenario. There were delays in salary transfer in my previous company and I have also seen many of my friends suffer. I would definitely recommend digilantern as an employee,
