The best thing about digidarts is the managers and the colleagues. They are always there to guide you and help you.

Apart from salary everything is upto the mark, the working environment, colleagues and working space.

...ge white washing. I have seen the worst behaviors the company does on people. From over working them, to not paying them even basic salary, to also humiliating them every chance they get. Empathy, growth, innovation are their supposed core values but trust me, they are not concerned about any of this. All employees are pyaada’s for them. They will use you till they can and then throw you like you are dirt. if you want to feel bad about your self and your skills, this is the place for you. They have no understanding of culture. No understanding of privacy. No understanding of reward also they are so self centered they can never think about anything except making money. Founder can take 2 months holiday and travel to europe but everyone else is at fault for everything. Cofounder will first ask you again and again for your opinion and then when you give it to her, she will get angry at you. They will fool you take advantage of you by making you trainee for a year and exploit you… trust me you will be saved if you don’t join this company. Most people don’t even add digidarts as a company they worked for on their resume and LinkedIn bcause it is so embarrassing the kind of torture cell this place is. HUMILIATION PRO MAX. Also they cut half day salary if u enter office after 9.30 am. And they make you sit for 8hours 15 minutes every day like you are in a jail.

It’s not an organisation but rather a reality show full of politics and drama. Their stipend and salary is too low to cover any expense. They treat their employees as daily wage labour with punch in punch out system, where in if you are late even by a min they cut your salary irrespective of the overtime. No work life balance, employees are expected to work on holidays, and to compensate public holidays, there are working Saturday’s. If you need a wfh, it’s counted as half day, plus only .5 sick leave allowed in a month (but some infinite work from home with no consequences) Senior management has no work other than seeing what interns are doing and how to maximise their output (which can even be more than the team leads). There are 4-5 favourite people in the company, others are treated worse than what you’d treat Ramu Kaka at home. The power is in the hands of 4 people only, they make decisions as per their convenience. They think we’re fools to first be an intern then trainee for a year and then full time at 1/4th the salary of an Uber driver. For them, it’s all maximising work (which has no impact on the growth of the company) even though they keep talking about SUPER EFFICIENCY. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The company doesnt have work to give to their employees, they keep giving stupid tasks bcuz they cant see you sit idle. they will ask to find tools, or partners, or other info which they have no intention of using. and when u ask for an appraisal the founder will give u a blank cheque, making u feel like u are worthless and begging for money u dont deserve. they play very dirty politics with very straight forward, simple people. they have no inner soul, no empathy, no sense of direction for the company. it is like working in the kingdom of a mad king, no one can say truth to him, everyone only agrees to what he says, and thats the only way to stay in the company, keep agreeing and saying yes, bcuz the founder doesnt like hearing no, or anyone who doesnt agree with him. everything is urgent in the growth team, u will keep on chasing distant dreams, whatevr is buzzing in terms of the market u will be asked to work on that immediately and then it will b e forgotten like ur work, and ultimately, there is no training provided to freshers. and no work life balance at all. they expect u to run your household in gurgaon with less than 30 k rs and when u ask for appraisal they give u 2k appraisal, saying why are u fighting for money, here take a blank cheque and fill it. like u are cheap if u ask for money and he is big hearted to give u money. these are one of the nasty tactics they play, among so many others. everyone has already left or is leaving, the people they are hiring are all people who would not argue and keep their head down and keep doing as they are told. they need machines, who dont ask for raise, dont complain, keep working 24x7, dont have a brain. so no its not a good learning experience.
