Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing to like here, worst company to work with. They only want to get their work done by hiring interns with mere wages. They are only exploiting new freshers.

Dislikes

Exploiting freshers and hiring interns to work at less salary. Will deduct your salary for any chance that they get. No leaves provided and will deduct your salary for off days even if you are sick. Not only company the peoples always doing internal politics. Do not join if you are a fresher.
