Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Company was good earlier but afterwards their owners become cheaters and try to build relationships with girls employees only. They are giving promotion to the employees who can do some extra favours for them

Dislikes

... are dump enough and they will not get job anywhere so exploit them as they can. Deduct there salary as they are doing ehsaan for giving job.

They have not supported anyone in Covid-19. Actually they needed support. Company policies are changed time to time it is only documented no value in real working situation.

Dislikes

They are not doing same which they are promised to you. They just keep all the 20 days working amount with themselves and they give reason that their contracted company have no pay them. All are liers.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes.
