None. They build apps which are carbon copy of Zoho, Linkedin, Oracle, SAP, google and any big company. No originality in ideas. They are borrowed from established companies.

Dislikes

They don't pay salary on time. Some people are owed 3 mths salary. People are not offered their relieving letter if they resign for non payment of salary. Most of them have not received their salary slip. A terrible work culture of shouting, shaming, blame games. High employee turnover. Though there were no redundancies due to corona, at the same time employee salaries have not been paid. Other than heavy work load don't expect any benefits from this company.

...y unprofessional and bossy nature, they don't even consider employee opinions. Its a one man army company and thank fully they provide you salary for the slavery. Major drawback is no job security, employee is terminated due to any nonsense reasons. The TL work experience and quality of is way to contradictory , dont know the basics also. Dominating in nature. They dont have any opportunities and they don't provide also. Conclusion - Join this company at your own risk.

1. Beware that this company does not pay salary to employees. Some of them are owed 3 months salary. 2. You don't get relieving letter if you resign for genuine reasons such as non payment of salary. HR is not supportive. Without relieving letter your experience goes unaccounted for as Indian companies expect relieving letter from former employer. 3. Salary slip is not provided. One is unaware of PF and other statutory contributions. This is also against law. 4. Team leader's lack experience and are unable to guide their team. This makes it one of worst place to start your career as you have poor training and support. 5. Due to poor organizational structure the design process suffers, development if flawed. Coupled with unrealistic customer commitments delivery schedule goes out of window. A culture of blame game follows. Talent and hardwork are not rewarded. 6. Other than heavy workload and non existent work life balance, do not expect any perks from this company. 7.At time of joining health insurance is mentioned as a perk, but when salary is not paid one wonders if this perk is relevant. 8.Management instructs employees to leave positive review on websites which are often misleading. Overall this is a unwelcoming and unpleasant organisation to work for.

I worked with DigiCollect for 3 years and my journey has been really pleasant with the company. To start off with, the company has gone through a lot of obstacles like many other successful companies under the sun and the way the CEO handled it is something that has to be applauded and admired. I have personally seen and have been involved with how this firm has handled various problems and have tackled them with the employees being least affected. This is quite sporadic since employees are the ones who are normally affected. The CEO of the company is really supportive and most importantly listens to what you say and even the last person in the company can reach out to him which is not how it is in other places.A great place to learn and kickstart your career.Very supportive colleagues and great work ethics and diverse in all 360 degrees. You get to work on site and interact with your customers at the early stages of your career. The CEO played a pivotal role in me pursuing my masters by writing recommendations to all universities which i had dreamt off. This did make wonders for me and i personally will always be thankful for this. Yes, there were delays in salaries but it has been fixed with minimum buffer.Every other company goes through this which is inevitable. No one was fired during the pandemic and also at crunch times. Chances were given to everyone and those who were fired are the ones who were a threat to the growth of the company. Why would anyone keep them..? Such a bad omen. The negative reviews that are circulating are made by those who could not prove their worth in the company. This is the place for you if you want to learn and progress in your career. The company and the CEO will do anything if you are good and working hard. In simple terms their behavior is a mirror image of yours only difference being if you are good they are the best. There are no caps on the number of leaves you can take, you get all your space. Great place to be in.
