Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Digicert as a company is very much an employee-friendly company. They provide flexible working hours. You are in control of your career development. They also have employee training budgets every year to help employees stay up to date in their skillsets.

They have a very flat hierarchy position-wise. The compensation breakup can be made more flexible to do the tax-saving so that employees get more take-home salary.

Things have gone downhill. Culture has become toxic. No matter how hard you work, if you don’t talk to the manager, you will get extremely less hike and low performance ratings. Efforts to grow by yourself are not appreciated.
