Interference by Marketing manager in all other departments especially Customer care department. Strict policy of completion of 9 hours daily. No leave except weekly off. No respect for customer care team.

Salary increment not done according to the performance. Favoritism and Partiality done while giving increment. Office hours are strict, Even for a single day occasionally if you need to leave early by an hour then you will be marked half day ! No Recognition of work.

My salary is hold to 25 days and company is not pay to my salary.

I'm very sad and call to head office. HR saying your salary is not relished to me . I am work for snehanjali retail pvt ltd (Digi 1) 2 years . Company rule and regulations follow me and region to 7 days before but company is not pay to my salary.

Everything whether it is managers or HR or colleagues everyone. There decision basically depends on how much u know top level management. No proper system of appraisal no proper system of sanitation and hygiene. They only focuses on how to earn money regardless of employee welfare

No Job security,No Appraisal,not to describe further about management who can't afford our drinking water, we needed to buy ourselves and for clients what else would you except from them. During pandemic time they made life more worser.
