Company is in growing stage..... Hope it becomes a bank in future. On 1st of every month salary get credited which I think one of the best benefit of this company. Saturday is half day too which is second benefit of work with this company

Management is really not good..... Job security is zero Company is not employee friendly Strict rules & regulations Old employees politics No tea / coffee Use of phone is strictly prohibited

Good work environment and culture. Seniors and teammates are supportive,appraisals are fair enough and give Salary according to ur experience. Ek

You will sometimes feel there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address or look after our issues but it's not that. However carreer growth is slow. Timings sometimes strech more than the given time.

Company policy can be changed at any time Giving any kind of information before making changes is not considered right by the employees growing company The company is progressing as well as the employees are progressing.

Teammates are good,no job security, no career growth, During Lockdown, the company took employees to pay one month salary(April), not doing any further salary., no travel scope,learning average, good, innovation happen on time in work & rules, when salary is not available at a difficult time, how can the balance of work & life be corrected?.

Company was good but there was a culture of Nepotism, Account Head and he has some people are working their is family Member.

Higher Management is not good in Account Department, No good Atmosphere work load is High.
