I was in sales engineer 🤮 Everything is worst,culture , manager, hr policy , 📜 growth only for the manager which was work more than 10 year are ruling there , No future for freshers No sharing of data No handholding help for freshers Manager will treat you like a compititor if you complain about the manager to their senior they will not ready to listen and blame you that you are not capable and not supposed to adjust in their culture, Please don't join 🚫 in any condition in sales profile for Pune , Aurangabad,solapur and kolhapur, location Maximum travel outside city Cheapest thing is your expenses bill should be less than 8k only will it will pass or wait for 2 months it's on hold Please cross check your immediate boss is helpful or not 🚫

Very difficult for a new employee to survive in the company, there is lot of political atmosphere where old employees targeting newly join employee especially in the maintenance department.

...eammates are supportive & management also good. Not good environment in company. Company policies are not good for employees & not giving the salary hike as much need of expectations .

Dislikes

Carrier Growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before we cannot resign & Rs.2000 deduction in per month in 2 year bond...& it will deposited after completion of 3 yeas in company.....

... level staff is highly co-operative and guides the team in each possible way. Compensation - Company gives the best compensation as compared with nearby located companies.

Dislikes

Improvement is required in work life balance and company is taking some steps now for this. Training should be more frequent.

...ng activities hence it leads to gain knowledge in Welding and project handling. one can enjoy the salary on time in Diffusion. working with OEM and EXPORT customer is very interesting.

Dislikes

Company environment is good with working style but need more attention in controlling the pollution and unsafe working environment. Job security is depend on the working and one can growth to the good levels. Training session and motivational program not good that can enhance the working efficiency.
