Very difficult for a new employee to survive in the company, there is lot of political atmosphere where old employees targeting newly join employee especially in the maintenance department.

...eammates are supportive & management also good. Not good environment in company. Company policies are not good for employees & not giving the salary hike as much need of expectations .

Carrier Growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before we cannot resign & Rs.2000 deduction in per month in 2 year bond...& it will deposited after completion of 3 yeas in company.....

... minds. There is very good chance of career growth in the field of EPC projects. Company provides good salary package without much affecting your work-life balance. People are kind and helpful.

In a fast paced environment company lack work ethics and adopting new technology. Higher management people are comparatively less professional. Working environment is unhealthy for shop floor people.

Diffusion engineers has never given up... Always ready to face the problem, like new jobs taken, various rotors and new types of jobs are there for reconditioning. So there is always a way to learn about new types of jobs Which needs to be reconditioning .

In today's world.. Salary is a main point of view. Company is taking growth day by day bt salary of junior position of employees like supervisor, Jr engineers is very less as compare to there work.. And all the credit is given to senior level of persons.. I am not saying that they just get credit they deserve that Bt management must believe in these thing that it's a team work. So everyone is deserve for better salary.
