...ou. and the bad news is you dont see much growth here since its small company. but the pay you get here for Voice process its incredible which you cant get any where i bet and less pressure.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team, my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
